Shipping Policy
Mart IT currently provides shipping within Malaysia, covering Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
We will ship to the addresses provided in the billing or shipping details during checkout. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and that a reachable contact number is included to avoid delivery issues.
Mart IT shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
Please note that the shipment delivery lead time begins on the next working day after your purchase.
Self Pick-up
Customers have the option to collect their orders from our designated store location:

Shipping Time
All orders are dispatched using our trusted courier service partners. However, if an order contains large or bulky items that our courier services are unable to fulfill, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers will then have the option to opt for self pick-up at our store.

Delivery times are subject to courier service limitations. Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales events, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, shipping dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Orders will be shipped as soon as the items become available.
Pre-order shipping may also experience delays due to clearance by the Malaysian Customs Department or other governmental approvals.
Note: Due to festive seasons (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya), online orders may experience extended delivery times due to courier service provider cut-off dates and high shipping volumes.
Mart IT is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier service providers.
Tracking Number
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
Risk of Loss
All shipments carry a risk of loss or damage during transit. It is highly recommended to purchase additional insurance coverage, especially for high-value items. Each parcel comes with basic coverage; however, in the event of lost or damaged items, Mart IT shall not be held responsible.
If your tracking status shows "delivered," but you have not received your package, we advise checking with neighbors or household members who may have received it on your behalf.
Risk of loss is transferred to the customer once the carrier service picks up the parcel or upon self pick-up from our store. For insurance claims, please contact the respective courier service directly.
Insurance Policy
Every parcel is covered under a basic insurance plan of up to RM200. Customers are advised to purchase additional insurance coverage for orders exceeding RM200.

Mechanical, electrical, or electronic breakdown unless caused by external accidental damage

Claims resulting from customs, police, or government detentions
Customers can select "DHL + Delivery Insurance" at checkout for additional insurance coverage via DHL.
Mart IT reserves the right to modify, update, or change these shipping policies without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to change the courier service selected by the customer in cases where the chosen provider has limitations. Customers will be informed of any courier service changes via email or phone call.
